He is well recognized as a competent technocrat, researcher, innovator and entrepreneur with a skill of developing efficient strategies for challenging real-time problems. Under his exceptional leadership, E-Spin Nanotech has made significant accomplishments over the years, including earning the DSIR recognition.
As a researcher, Dr. Patil specializes in nanotechnology and his core competencies include Nanofiber based product development, Polymer Rheology, Thin films and Nanocomposites, air/water filtration membrane development, among other areas. His keen interest in research and innovations is apparent from the multiple patents and scientific publications in his name.
Dr. Patil is also a motivational speaker and has been invited nationally & internationally, to deliver talks in eminent industrial and academic events. His entrepreneurship journey and motivational speeches have inspired many people to follow his path and start their own businesses. His passion for encouraging entrepreneurship has been recognized by the Government of India.
Dr. Patil firmly believes that students are the future of the country and has a keen interest in doing his bit towards shaping their careers. So, it comes as no surprise that he is currently serving as a Member of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Credit Management Committee, IIT Kanpur, Member of the Board of Directors, KCIIL, Jalgaon, Member Of Board Of Studies, Centre For Interdisciplinary Sciences, JISIASR Kolkata, Board of Council Member in IIIT Surat, Industry Expert in Council of Academic & Research, ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management , Member of the Advisory Board in Amity University, Noida , Student’s Startup Innovation Policy (SSIP) Committee Member-IIIT Surat, Member of Board of Studies, Kanpur Institute of Technology. She has nurtured the company with her ability to make good strategic decisions. She facilitates the company’s development and growth and ensures its smooth functioning. He then got a post-doctoral research fellowship at non-Newtonian Rheology group at UCL, Belgium. After that, he secured his first job as Senior Research Scientist in Reliance Technology Group.
Owing to his interest and expertise in nanotechnology, he joined E-Spin Nanotech in 2015 in the capacity of Director. He has over 10 years of industrial experience in the nanotechnology research and development. He started his career in 2008 as a Quality Analyst in a NABL accredited laboratory. His sharp skills, zeal and quick learning abilities let him ascend the stairs of success in a short span. A decade later, he joined E-Spin Nanotech as a Director. Here he focuses on research and product development on needle electrospinning Industrial line, handling of electrospinning Industrial line, nanofiber based air filter media media and product development, product validation and prototype testing as per Industrial Standards.
His vision is to develop products based on nanotechnology that offers cost-effective solutions in terms of energy, air and water filtration.
